The WR-23 CNC router from Baileigh Industrial is great for sign making, 3D embossing and even acrylic cutting. This great little table is designed after our very popular metal cutting plasma tables. It features an extremely rigid fully welded frame with rack and pinion X and Y axis movements. There are also square slide ways to keep everything in alignment. The table itself runs on 220 volt single phase and uses stepper motors to move at a maximum speed of 100mm per second.

Controlling the WR-23 is easy as it uses a USB interface in conjunction with a hand held controller. It comes standard with cam software that allows you to set up whatever you like. In order to get the best cut available the variable speed spindle turns at an amazing 24000 rpm. When spinning at that speed a dust collector is also fitted to keep the shop clean and free from debris.
