Cabinet Box Calculator

Material
Material Thickness (MT):		The thickness of the material being used.
Dado Depth (DD):		The depth of the dados throughout the project.
Bottom
Bottom Set Back (BOS):		The distance the bottom is let in. Letting the bottom in instead of mounting it flush drastically increases the load-bearing capabilities of the bottom piece. Setting this value to 0 creates a box. The bottom joints become a rabbets instead of a dados.
Back
Back Thickness (BT):		The thickness of the back.
Back Set Back (BAS):		The distance the back is let in. Setting this value to 0 creates a box. The rear joints become a rabbets instead of a dados.
Faceframe
Faceframe tickness (FT):		The thickness of the face frame that will be attached to this cabinet. This property only affects the depth of the cabinet. The cabinet depth returned by the calculator includes the face frame thickness.
Faceframe overlap (FO):		The distance the faceframe overlaps the sides, top and bottom of the cabinet. This value only affects the outer dimensions of the cabinet, which are calculated for planning purposes. The cutlist is not affected.
Dimensions
	Outside	Inside	with Frame
Height (H):	The height of the cabinet top to bottom measured from the top of the carcass to the bottom. The overlap of the face frame is not included.
Width (W):	The width of the cabinet side to side measured from the outside walls. The overlap of the face frame is not included.
Depth (D):	The depth of the cabinet including the face frame thickness.

This calculator creates the measurements for a cabinet carcass:

the cabinet has a solid top, bottom, and sides
the back is can be a different material than the sides
the back rides in a dado all around, or a rabbet when the set back (BAS) is set to 0
the bottom is let in from the bottom edge of the sides
the top is flush with the top of the sides
the sides extend the entire height of the cabinet
the faceframe overlap can be set
assembly requires glue and nails/screws
