Why am I not receiving a registration email when I sign up?
Your email app may have flagged the message as spam. Check your trash folder for the message.
Some email providers may remove the message before it even reaches your inbox. This happens particularly often with corporate email addresses and email providers outside of the United States. You will have to contact your email provider to resolve this issue. Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, AOL, Frontier, and Comcast are all compatible with our servers. They may be a faster option to create an account.
