I need a new screwdriver for use in my woodshop. Even the choice between 12V and 18V is hard. What would you recommend?

I have had great results with my 12V Dewalt. It is plenty strong for driving a few fasteners into a cabinet. I would not build a deck with it.

Yes, a good 12V driver is more than enough for woodworking. Being smaller is an advantage when working in tight spaces.
