The Baker Model AN-926 Automated Single Planer was designed and constructed to provide years of trouble-free operation in rugged, industrial environments.

It features a helical cutter head with reversible carbide knives, allowing for longer cutter head life than conventional, straight blade cutter heads. Knife changes are quick and easy because of the self-seating design of the knives.

The AN-926 also features a rubber infeed roller with a sectional chip breaker, and two rubber outfeed rollers. The castiron table is supported by four massive columns, and the planer frame is built with heavy plate steel, so vibration is minimized.
