Our MRS-340M shifting arbor rip saws are designed for achieving maximum material yield with greatly reduced setup times. It is equipped with a fixed blade(s) and one or two shifting saws.
You can program 10 cutting lists with up to 10 sizes per cut list & you have a convenient foot pedal control allow for hands free movement of the shifting saw(s).
A precise laser line displays the cutting line of both the stationary and moving blade(s). Also can be set up as a gang saw for multi-ripping applications.

SOME OF OUR AVAILABLE OPTIONS:
Hydraulic Quick Lock Arbor: Infinite quick positioning of saw blades on Arbor. Shaft as hardened inserts which expand and contact the internal bore of the blades. This provides accurate and secure blade holding with the tightening of a knob on the end of the shaft
Hydro Lock Saw Sleeves Mounted for fast accurate sure holding in any stationary position desired ? including high pressure grease gun
Replaceable Chain Pads Available with replaceable Urethane and/or Cast Iron chain pads to suit your cutting application
