CROPPING SAW FOR CHAIR CORNERS

USE:

The machine is used for cutting to size chair corners or

similar. It is loaded by an operator and can be installed in

a work centre for the complete working of corners. The

machining process is carried out on several pieces placed

one on top of the other until the maximum cutting height

is reached.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Sturdy electro-welded steel frame - Two adjustable, tiltable

circular blade sawing units running on tempered guides

and ball couplings - Pneumatic forward travel - Three

adjustable pneumatic locking cylinders - Electrical control

panel on board machine - Sound-proofed protection

cabin with piece loading and unloading door driven pneumatically,

with automatic sequence.

CONFIGURATIONS:

In TG configuration the working cycle of the machine

consists of the circular blades lowering once to perform a

single cut. In TG1 configuration the machine is equipped

with a 2-position workbench so that a double cut can also

be performed with the following sequence: the two circular

blades lower for the first cut, then they are repositioned,

the bench is shifted sideways to the second position

and the circular blades are lowered for the second cut.
