SANDER MACHINE 4 SIDES FOR STRAIGHT PIECE

USE:

the sanding machine mod. LIN/4LD is suitable to sand straight pieces , it can be in line behind a moulding machine and connected to it through a belt conveyor. With the mod. LIN/4LD you can get a finished sanded piece thanks to its 4 crosswise sandimg belts: n. 2 upper-lower and n. 2 right-left. N. 4 oscillanting, pneumatic and abrasive sleeves: n. 2 upper-lower and n. 2 right-left. N. 1 orbital rotating sander to sand the edges.

Automatic pneumatic loader with adjustable piece container and belt conveyor for pieces.

1 upper-lower crosswise unit, with buffers slides where abrasive belt runs.

2 right-lower crosswise unit, with buffers slides where abrasive belt runs.

3 upper-lower longitudinal unit, two oscillating, pneumatic and abrasive sleeves.

4 right-left longitudinal unit, two oscillating, pneumatic and abrasive sleeves.

The work thickness is adjusted by handwheel and screw which are arranged on each work unit.

5 unit composed of one orbital rotating sander with two opposed abrasive belts, activated by electric motor with revolution motion around the piece.

The piece moves forward on belt convetors put in line and independent with inverter speed control.
