USE:

CHARACTERISTICS:

frame in sturdy electro-welded steel costruction. Two abrasive belt driving rollers, the top one of which is lined with spiral grooved rubber. Pneumatic belt tensioning device. Automatic belt oscillating device. Device for centring abrasive belt on rubberised roller, adjustable by means of screws and handwheel.

Piece feeding unit consisting of: one pneumatic roller covered with abrasive sleeve. Gearmotor with belt gear. Pneumatic cylinder with balanced adjustament for constant pressure of the drive roller with the workpiece. Electrical control panel on board machine.
