The spindle is mounted directly on the motor; the unit can be regulated crossewise on a skid, with screw and adjusting wheel. Forward motion is archivied by a pneumatic cylinder and adjustment hydraulic bracke.

Horizontal system:

3 longitudinally adjustabile electropneumatic drilling units running on guides and recirculation ball screw slides. The units are locked in position by a pneumatic device. The spindle is mounted directly on the motor; the units can be regulated crosswise on a skid, with screw and register wheel. The 2 external units are tiltable by 0 - 90 on the plane. Forward motion is achieved by a pneumatic cylinder and adjustment hydraulic brake.

Supporting benches with adjustable pressing device moving on guides recirculation ball screw slides. Longitudinally adjustable pneumatic automatic loader running on guides and recirculation ball screw slides. The locking system is provided by a pneumatic device. Adjustable pieces collecting device. Stack supporting pneumatic cylinders and centering pneumatic cylinder. Double locking pilers for piece transport. Frontal unloading in loading position.
