VERTICAL MULTIPLE DRILLING MACHINE WITH 2 DRILLING UNITS

CHARACTERISTICS:

the 2 electro-pneumatic drilling units are adjustable in length and tilting angle,and are indipendent, therefore offering the possibility of mounting spindle heads with fixed center axis for drilling holes that are close to each other. The center axis between the 2 units is adjusted by means of tempered guides and sliding blocks on roller bearing. A pneumatic device locks the units in position; they can be tilted at an angle of 0 - 90 and are adjustable trasversally.

Operating motion of the 2 units is by means of a pneumatic actuator driven by solenoid valve.

Adjustable rotating supporting benches, with locking clamp, located on a grooved adjustable tilting top.
