USE:

this configuration is fed by one or two operators and is used for boring mortising right and left hand elements, such as front and back legs of chairs or similar.

1+1 multi chuck boring mortising unit arranged vertically, with 50 mm centre axis or accordimg to request. The chucks that make up the group are adjustable and driven by electric motor by means of belt trasmission. Forward motion by means of pneumatic cylinder and hydraulic speed regulator.

6+6 oscillation units with indipendently adjustabile eccentric and connecting rod, driven by gearmotor electronically variable speed and running on tempered guides and ball couplings.

1+1 PLC controlled automatic pneumatic loader. Motorised carriage running on tempered guides and ball coupling, with fast travel to loading position, which is independent during the working phase. Adjustable loader storage fitted with a piece detection sensor.

4+4 adjustable pneumatic locking clamps.

1+1 pneumatic device to keep the workpiece against the fence during the locking phase.

1+1 conveyor belt to discharge the worked pieces in an ordely manner, with collecting bench in an ergonomic position to facilitate the unloading operation.

1+1 control switchboard in separate sealed cabinet for each machine with hanging pushbutton panel to set up the machine. Cycle start controls on board machine. All movement are managed by PLC system with 4 preset working programmes and possibility of adding another 2 programmes.
