MULTIPLE HORIZONTAL MORTISING MACHINE

USE:

the multiple oscillating mortiser with 2 workbenches and three oscillating sliding guides is the ideal machine for mortising or boring right and left chair elements ( front - back legs, backs, rails,etc.).

The machines can be fitted with additional chucks or chucks with multiple spindle heads.

Three oscillating units, which make up the machine, are indipendently adjustable and titable, thereby offering different notch lengths and angles.

The spindles can be adjustable vertically or horizontally along the sliding guides.

The machining operation is alternated with automatic continuos cycles.

The machine is fed by a single operator for manual loading and unloading of the pieces.

CHARACTERISTICS:

frame in electro-welded steel supporting the three oscillating sliding guides and workbenches.

Two sliding guides in light surface treated alloy arranged horinzontally, sliding on ball couplings and tempered guides and indipendently tiltable.

On top sliding guide arranged horizontally, sliding on ball coupolings and tempered guides, which are adjustable in height and angle.

Gear motor with 3 eccentric gars and independently adjustable connecting rods for oscillation of the three sliding guides when performing bores and mortises.

Two manually height adjustable and tiltable workbenches.

4 workpiece locking clamps (two per workbench)

5 tool chucks with two selectable working speeds

Workbench pneumatic forward motion adjustable by hydraulic brake.
