USE:

the machines is used for boring and mortising crib elements in wood. The workpiece is positioned on the workbench against a specific counter template, according to the various types of machining operations to be carried out. The workpieces is locked into place by the operator, firstly at low pressure by means of a foot pedal, then automatically at high pressure by means of a pushbutton that is actuated with two hands to start the working cycle. When completed, the worked piece is removed and replaced with another piece to be worked.

CHARACTERISTICS:

4 operating units mounted on tilting skids running on tempered guides and track bearing, driven by pneumatic cylinder with hydraulic regulator.

4 locking cylinder adjustable on the crosspiece.

9 longitudinally adjustable chucks with rack and pinion.

The tools are housed inside a counter template that is replaced depending on the piece to be worked.

Control switchboard in separate sealed pulpit with pushbutton panel to start the cycle on board machine.

Protective metal enclosure in mesh with two interlocking access doors.
