MULTICHUCK VERTICAL-HORIZONTAL OSCILLATING MORTISER WITH PLC ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED TWIN LOADER

USE:

the machine is used for vertical-horizontal boringand mortising of elements in wood for chairs,beds,cribs and similar. The two loaders make the machine suitable for working right hand and left hand pieces simultaneously, or long pieces, by using only one loader. The operator inserts the work-pieces inthe loader. All operations, including the oderly unloading of the worked pieces, are automatic.

CHARACTERISTICS:

3 bottom operating units running on tempereted guides and track bearing mounted horizontally, driven by pneumatic cylinder with hydraulic control.

3 top operating units running on tempered guides and track bearings mounted vertically, driven by pneumatic cylinder with hydraulic regulator.

2 electronically controlled PLC electropneumatic loaders. The carriage is driven by an electronically controlled pneumatic cylinder for precise and fast positioning of any type of piece.

The loader storage is adjustable and fitted with a piece detection sensor.

Longitudinally adjustable chucks,upon request,with rack and pinion. Rotation by means of belt trasmission and two speed motors. The chucks are fixed on plane or on square.

4 adjustable pneumatic locking cylinders to hold the workpiece in place.

Conveyor belt to unload the worked piece with electro-pneumatic device for orderly unloading of right hand and left hand pieces.

Control switchboard in separate sealed cabinet with pushbutton panel to start the cycle on board machine.

Protective metal enclosure in mesh with two interlocking access doors.
