HORIZONTAL MULTIPLE AUTOMATIC MORTISER WITH PLC ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC LOADER

USE:

the machine is used for boring and mortising elements in wood, such as legs, chair backrests, end panels on cribs and similar. The operator inserts the workpieces in the loader. All operations, including the orderly unloading of the worked pieces, are automatic.

CHARACTERISTICS:

2 bottom operating units running on tempered guides and track bearing mounted horizontally, driven by pneumatic cylinder with hydraulic control.

1 top operating unit running on tempered guides and track bearing mounted horizontally, driven by pneumatic cylinder with hydraulic regulator.

1 PLC electronically controlled electro-pneumatic loader. The carriage is driven by an elctronically controlled pneumatic cylinder for precise and fast positioning of any ttpe of piece. The loader storage is adjustable and fitted with a piece detection sensor.

8 longitudinally adjustable chucks with rack and pinion. Rotation dy means of belt trasmission and two-speed motors. The chucks are fixed on the plane or on square.

3 adjustable pneumatic locking cylinder to hold the workpiece in place.

Conveyor belt to unload the worked pieces with electro-pneumatic device for orderly unloading.

Control switchboard in separate sealed cabinet with pushbutton panel to start the cycle on board the machine.

Protective metal enclosure in mesh with two interlocking access doors.
