VERRTICAL-HORIZONTAL MULTIPLE OSCILLATING MORTISER WITH TWO WORKBENCHES FOR RIGHT AND LEFT HAND PIECES

USE:

The machines is loaded by a single operator and is used for horizontal and vertical boring-mortising of right and left-hand elements of back and front chair legs.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Frame consisting of three worked and assembled cast iron pieces.

Six skids in light surface treated alloy, arranged vertically on the top part of the machine three on the right and three on the left. Two skids in ligtht surface treated alloy, arranged horizontally on the bottom part of the machine.

Skid oscillation is by means of gear motor whit eccentric and indipendently adjustable connecting rod for performing bores or mortises. The vertical skids for performing bores or mortises to connect the backrest to the legs are tiltable sideways.

The electro-tool chucks are mounted on light surface treated bracket; they are adjustable in height, longitudinally, crosswise referreng to millimetric measuring rods. The electro-chuck speed is adjustable by means of inverter in three groups.

Two adjustable workbenches, fitted with guides and three pneumatic cylinders that are adjustable and fitted with swivelling pneumatic jet air cleaning device.

Pneumatic forward motion, adjustable by hydraulic brake.

Elecric panel in sealed cabinet. Separate self - diagnosis pushbutton control panel located the front panel of the machine.

Soundproofed safety protection with locked doors during the working cycle.

Electronically controlled automatic skid lubrification.

Machine model AF/12/BI/2/PLC has the same characteristics as model AF/12 with the addition of automatic tilting of the workbenches.

Manual adjustment of the workbenches by means of ring nuts and handwheels with millimetric measuring rods for reference.

The machine has several preset programmes that control the workbench in automatic mode, depending on the working process required.
