Thunder is a completely automatic jointing line for horizontal shaping, used predominantly by manufacturers of jointed block panels requiring high production volumes. Originally designed for head profiling of parquet at variable lengths, the Thunder shaper features an electronically-controlled dual chain infeed system that guarantees unique profiling precision. The line can be feed manually or with an automatic loader to obtain large production volumes. The standard version of Thunder can machine maximum lengths of 900 mm. Different lengths can be evaluated on request.
