MASTER 95 is the result of the AGAZZANI multi-decennial experience in the production of band-saws: The technical solutions adopted, the quality of the materials used and the attention devoted to the details make of it an important item in the field of band-saws.

To offer the best cutting performances, we have arranged an important hydraulic tensioning for the blade, an efficient cleaning and maintenance system, two precision blade guides with inserts.

For the safety at work, we have built the machine for the operator, in compliance with the CE rules in force: self-braking motor, integral blade protection, front barrier for help/protection, three emergency switches, safety contacts at the doors. For removing dusts and make the cleaning easier, we have designed a very efficient suction system. To simplify the use of the machine, the main functions of adjustment, work and maintenance have been centralized in one switchboard. To achieve important volumes of production, it is possible to equip MASTER 95 with two high-quality pneumatic feeding devices, both fitted with speed variator.
