We released the picture frame calculator for use. It creates the cut list for simple four piece picture frames. You can select the type of corner joint you'd like to use.

When using the calculator are these inside or outside measurements?

The picture parameters are inside measurements. In other words, the entire picture area will be visible.

Set the rabbet (RD) and fudge factor (FF) to 0 and it'll be easier to see what the calculator does.
