After verifying my account using the link provided in the email, I had to log in manually. I thought something went wrong, since I did not read the message on screen.

It would be better, if a new account gets logged in automatically.

That's something we can certainly work on. Things work this way to avoid a malicious party from getting in by intercepting the activation email. We can certainly make things a little better.

The flood control after posting always tells me to wait for 10 minutes, even if several minutes have already passed. It would be nice to know how much longer I have to wait.

The food control mechanism is still a little restrictive. It's designed more about preventing DOS attacks, than usability.

We'll allow higher level users to post faster, and fix the feedback for everyone. Stay tuned.
